All-in-one cloud-based platform connects the expertise, tools and analytics to cultivate potential, grow know-how and transform performance for enterprise success

Guelph, Ontario, Canada, May 28, 2019—Pollinate Networks Inc. announces the launch of its all-in-one organizational effectiveness platform connecting the expertise, tools and analytics for enterprise transformation.

“Pollinate exists to help organizations get to the root of a problem and create agile solutions to preserve critical knowledge, spread positive cultural practices, cultivate the next generation of leaders, create innovative mindsets, build strong networks following mergers, and more,” said Christy Pettit, Pollinate Networks co-founder and CEO. “We get results because we’ve designed a better, easier and more meaningful way to weave together personal, professional and enterprise growth.”

Pollinate evolved from ODScore Inc., a consultancy founded in 2008 with an elite team of transformation specialists, performance measurement experts, industrial and organizational psychologists, and business strategists.

“Pollinate Networks Inc. is the outcome of all we have learned over more than a decade providing transformation solutions to our clients,” Pettit said. “It merges our ‘effectiveness enabling’ technology with our unique methods, best practices and tools, making them available anytime, anywhere to help organizations of all sizes enhance performance and productivity, and create new opportunities.”

The value of mentoring for knowledge transfer

The Pollinate Mentoring Program is a core offering of the new company. “Pollinate truly values knowledge and we want to share that,” said Giovanni Salas, Pollinate’s Chief Technology Officer. “Many organizations talk about the value of knowledge but do little to transfer and preserve the personal knowledge people accumulate over the course of a career. Mentoring is the best way to transfer that type of personal knowledge and we support that with assessments, our proprietary mentor matching algorithm, and extensive educational and reporting tools.”

Based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, Pollinate Networks Inc. works with clients operating across a variety of industries and sectors, including Dairy Farmers of Ontario, Manulife Financial, Linamar, ATS Automation, Nature Canada, the Region of Peel and others.
