Knowledge Transfer Index psychometric test (Virtual Collaboration Style)
Pollinate’s Knowledge Transfer Index (KTI) is a proprietary psychometric test that assesses how people prefer to collaborate, work and learn together – virtually and in-person – by examining seven elements of style, preference and ability.
